No additional registrations or Contest submissions of qualifying set predictions will be accepted after the close of the Contest Term. Beautiful People Magazine reserves the right to cancel the Contest at its sole discretion.

ELIGIBILITY
Employees of Sponsors and promotional partners and their respective parents, affiliates, and subsidiaries, participating advertising and promotion agencies (and members of their immediate family and/or those living in the same household of each such employee) are not eligible.
In order for a “selfie” or photo/video to be eligible, an entry can only include one person and cannot include visible brand names or props.
Beautiful People® reserves the right to disqualify any entry for any reason, including but not limited to the appropriateness of any other components of the photo beyond the person’s image. Social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tik Tok, Snapchat, Tumblr, Pinterest, etc…) accounts must be public in order for eligible posts to qualify.
PARTICIPATION & ELIGIBILITY
By participating, you are agreeing to all of the terms and conditions described herein and to abide by these Rules.
The grand prize winner and runners-up must grant Beautiful People Magazine® publicity rights as a condition to win and are required to sign a Publicity Release Agreement handled by Beautiful People Magazine®
All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsors, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Contest. Select entries will appear on Beautiful People Magazine®
Entrant grants to Sponsors a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to edit, publish, promote, republish at any time in the future and otherwise use Entrant’s submitted photos and materials, along with Entrant’s name, likeness, biographical information, and any other information provided by Entrant, in any and all media for possible editorial, promotional or advertising purposes, without further permission, notice or compensation (except where prohibited by law).
Administrators reserve the right, for any reason and in their sole discretion, to modify, suspend or discontinue the contest without prior notice. Administrators reserve the right to modify the show’s rules, and the terms and conditions of this voting process at any time at their sole discretion.
DISCLAIMERS
If for any reason the contest is not capable of being executed as planned, or if there is an infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or technical failures, or if any other causes beyond the control of Administrators corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this voting, the Administrators reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to withdraw the transmission of any vote.
GENERAL CONDITION
Void where prohibited. The Contests are subject to all applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations.
In the event that the operation or administration of the Contests is impaired in any way for any reason, BPM may, in its sole discretion, either;
suspend the Contests to address the impairment and then resume the Contests in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or
Award the prize at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment.
BPM is not responsible for any printing errors in these Official Rules or other materials related to the Contests.
BPM reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contests or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unethical or disruptive manner.
Any attempt by any person to undermine the operation of the Contests may be a violation of criminal and civil law.
BPM’s failure to enforce any part of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that part.
If you do not agree with any of the terms and conditions or with the privacy policy of BPM, you are NOT granted rights to use BPM services and must not register as a member of BPM or use any of its services.
BPM reserves the right to update the terms, conditions, and notices of this agreement without notice to you. It is your responsibility to periodically review the most current version of this Agreement as your continued use of BPM signifies your acceptance of any changed terms
GOVERNING LAW
This Contest is governed by the internal laws of the state of Florida without regard to principles of conflict of laws. All cases and claims pertaining to this Contest must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in FLORIDA, without recourse to class action suits.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction or appointed arbitrator, such determination shall in no way affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision herein.
ELIMINATION
Any false information provided within the context of the Contest by Entrant concerning identity, mailing address, telephone number, email address, ownership of right or non-compliance with these Rules or the like may result in the immediate elimination of the entrant from the Contest!
