Contest Rules

The contest is open to anyone 18 or older and has reached the age of majority under the laws of the jurisdiction in which they reside, as of the beginning of the contest.

Winners Prizes are not transferable.

All photos sent to us will be considered for the contest.

Photos must be in digital media, photos will not be accepted by mail.

Prizes are awarded without a warranty of any kind. Express or implied, without limitation, winner must accept sponsor’s affidavit if or eligibility and liability/ publicity to receive the PRIZE.

Your photo must be your personal property not that of anyone else.

If BPM is unable to locate a member to claim his/her winnings. Within a reasonable amount of time and effort through all known mediums, BPM reserves the right to award winnings to the 2nd runner up.

It is the member’s sole responsibility to advise BPM of any changes in status or contact information via Email.

The contest is open to individuals 18 years or older only. Those under 18 years of age will be disqualified.

If a winner chooses not to accept his or her prize, an alternate winner may be chosen by Beautiful People Magazine.

Winners will be notified by e-mail of their winnings.

Winnings will be awarded according to the terms agreed with the accepting member and Beautiful People Magazine.

Winners are chosen once a year.

Prizes will be paid in USD currency and the winner will incur all applicable taxes and associated fees.

Participants agree to allow Beautiful People Magazine the use of all materials in their file for the purpose of promoting the website.

Employees and their families are not eligible to participate.

Beautiful People Magazine reserves the right to make changes to any or all parts of the contest rules and will notify members 30 days in advance if and when applicable.
